THE HOUSE
The house is well set up with comfy king beds in two rooms and a comfy king trundler bed in the other which can be made into a super king bed. Beautiful fresh linen.
There’s a separate cosy lounge with a 50” Smart TV & SKY TV and a heat pump.
Each of the bedrooms has a smart TV & a heat pump. A fireplace in the kitchen/dining area creates a cosy ambience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to create but why not have a complete rest and try our several lovely restaurants and cafes.
No need to drive.

There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.

We have a dairy next door and the Red Berry supermarket is a two-minute walk.

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Quiet hours 11pm – 6am

Please turn off the a/c and heaters when you leave.

Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

Guest agrees to pay for any damages and inform the host of damages as soon as possible.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

No illegal substances on the premises. Your booking will be terminated immediately.

Shoes are not to be worn inside.

Check-in is 2pm / check-out is before 10am times but changes may be possible and subject to a fee.
