THE APARTMENT

Our Apartment accommodation is quiet and tucked away from the back of the house. It is cosy and well set up to enjoy a night or two away. It has a comfy king bed, a separate bathroom, a kitchenette, and a single bed in the lounge. Perfect for sharing the cost with friends.

The Apartment has a comfy king bed and a smart TV, and a funky little outdoor area plus a safe parking area with a spot to lock up your bikes.

For the sake of absolute clarity, we’ve outlined some obvious dos or don’ts read below:

• No parties or events allowed.

• No smoking inside.

• No pets allowed.

• No unregistered guests.

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

• Quiet hours 11pm – 6am

• Please turn off the a/c and heaters when you leave.

• Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

• Guest agrees to pay for any damages and inform the host of damages as soon as possible.

• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

• Please do your dishes.

• No illegal substances on the premises. Your booking will be terminated immediately.

• Shoes are not to be worn inside.

• Check-in is 2pm / check-out is before 10am times but changes may be possible and subject to a fee.
